Can I make a one-time purchase?
You can order any Made Man product just once, or you can save 20% by putting your nutritional regimen on autopilot with a monthly subscription.
How does a Made Man subscription work?
It‘s quite simple. When you order any product, you can buy it once or you can opt for a monthly subscription. If you opt for a subscription, you will create an account with shipping and billing info during the checkout process. Then we ship your first order. Every month thereafter, we ship you a new 30-day supply of products. Prior to shipping your monthly order, we send you an email notification and offer the option to add extra products to that month’s order. You can cancel anytime, no membership fees and no commitment.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel a subscription anytime, no membership fees and no commitment. Simply log into your account, click Manage Subscription and delete your subscription order.
Is there a membership fee?
Absolutely not. There are no membership fees and no commitment. You can buy once or create a subscription, and you can cancel at any time.
Can I pay for a year subscription in advance?
Sorry, but we don‘t offer an option to pay in advance. You only pay when we ship you new product. It offers the most flexibility and choice from month-to-month.
Can I pay by check or over the phone?
Sorry, we only accept major credit cards. However, ordering online is easy!
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we do! When you checkout, you have the option to pay with PayPal, Amazon or credit card. However, PayPal only works with one-time purchases. Unfortunately, PayPal doesn't have the necessary functionality to be used with subscription orders.

Why should I take nutritional supplements?
The ideal way to obtain all of the vitamins, minerals, healthy fats and other nutrients that your body requires for optimal performance is via a diet rich in whole foods. However, it can be very difficult to near impossible for an athlete to design and adhere to such a diet plan. Nutritional supplements are just that… they are supplemental and a great way for you to improve the nutritional profile of your diet.
Couldn’t I buy supplements similar to those in Made Man on my own and save some money?
You could probably find cheaper alternatives to what we have to offer. However, the quality of the supplements would likely be questionable and have lower bioavailability… which means you would be paying for nutrients that your body can’t even use. Or you could visit a boutique health food store and pay significantly more for a variety of bottles that may or may not get you there. Did we mention it will cost more and you’ll clog your kitchen cabinets? Oh, and those boutique health food stores can be full of hipsters and hippies. Scary!
Is Made Man vegan or non-GMO?
The nutrient formulas in Made Man adhere to a simple principle: “How do we make the most effective product for the lowest price?” With this principle in mind, the answer at this point in time is “usually no.” We love and respect our vegan brethren, but the best and most stable sources of Omega-3s are fish oil and krill oil. We looked, but we couldn’t find any vegan fishies or shrimps. And the term GMO can serve as a nice marketing gimmick, but the truth is that if you visit the finest restaurants in France, the ingredients will be genetically modified. Most of the foods we eat are genetically modified and have been for over a century. In spite of the negativity surrounding genetically modified foods, sometimes GMO can improve the quality and availability of nutrients. We will not pay more for a lesser product just because it has a GMO claim. Made Man consists of safe and quality ingredients, period. Some Made Man products are non-GMO. Some are not. We'll let you know if a product is non-GMO, but we don’t want to manipulate customers with tricky marketing gimmicks.
Could the nutrient formulas in any of the Made Man products ever change?
It’s possible. As new discoveries are made and new research is published, we may modify the nutrient formulas to make Made Man better. Rest assured, this means adding more stuff and more value to the product, not taking away from the product. But no matter how good a product is today and in the future, remember that Made Man nutritional supplements are supplementary to what you eat every day. The best nutritional decision you can make is to eat a diet rich in whole foods.
Where are Made Man supplements manufactured?
Each and every Made Man supplement is manufactured in the USA. For us, it’s simply an issue of quality control. Our operations are based entirely in the USA, and we know how to source quality product in the USA. Every product is manufactured in a facility that is cGMP and/or NSF certified. We want to maintain the greatest assurance that our products can be tested, regulated and are the highest quality available.
How do I add a product to my next subscription order?
You can sign in to your account on mademannutrition.com and update your membership at any time. When you are signed in to your account, there is an option on each product page that enables you to add that item to your upcoming subscription order.
We also send you an email notification prior to shipping your order each month. There is a link in the email that will take you to your account so that you can add items to your subscription order prior to shipment.
When will my order ship?
New Made Man orders are processed immediately upon check out. Your first order will leave our warehouse shortly after. Orders ship Monday through Friday and often the same day they are placed.
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE Standard shipping on all US orders! Orders over $44 are upgraded to FREE Expedited Shipping. Most shipments are delivered 3-5 days after an order is placed, but carrier times can vary and are largely out of our control. Shipping levels are defined as: Standard Shipping = up to 10 business days until first delivery attempt. Expedited Shipping = up to 4 business days until first delivery attempt. Only Standard Shipping is available for Puerto Rico. We do not accept international orders at this time.
How do I change my billing or shipping information?
Simply log into your account, click Manage Subscription and do your thing. If you’re having difficulty, contact Customer Care (email@example.com), and we’ll help sort it out.
What carrier will deliver my shipment?
Depending on your location and the size of your order, it will ship via USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS.
When can I expect my monthly subscription shipment?
Our subscription system works on a monthly schedule, to coordinate with the 30 servings in each order. Orders are generated automatically every 28 days and ship either the same day or the next business day (if an order falls on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday).
How do I track my shipment?
You should receive tracking in email confirmation we send when your order ships. If you do not receive this information within 3 business days, please contact Customer Care (firstname.lastname@example.org).
I moved recently and I think my monthly subscription shipment went to my old address. Now what?
Log into your account and make sure to update your shipping information. Then contact Customer Care (email@example.com) and we‘ll do our best to get you what you need!
What is your return and refund policy?
First and foremost, we offer a 100% money back guarantee on your first order. If you are not satisfied with your first order for any reason, we’ll promptly refund you 100% of your purchase and you can keep the product.
